” My 3rd and final baby… Grace Eve arrived 7th September at 2.45am.

My past two pregnancies I didnt really look into hypnobirthing much… but after my second birth being quite traumatic I decided I didn’t want my third birth to be the same so I contacted Jenie.

Jenie came to my house for a few evenings and really helped me and my husband gain ALOT of knowledge, I definitely felt more in control this time round.

I was booked in for an induction with Grace but fortunately my waters went naturally after 10 mins of arriving at the hospital for the induction (James said it was down to the fairy lights and mood lighting we had going on) 😂

They examined me and I was 6 cm dilated so took me straight to the delivery suite where again I created a calm environment for myself.

Things slowed down a little so the midwives suggested I had a drip to help push things along.

Thankfully 5 mins after having the drip on Grace arrived safely!

I can’t recommend Jenies hypnobirthing course enough,I really felt she genuinely cared about us.
