Our weekly pregnancy classes in Southport are the perfect way to bond and connect with baby, learn new techniques and ways to move for comfort and make new friends!
Monday evenings are with Jenie, founder of Empowered Bumps Hypnobirthing Instructor, Birth Doula and Antenatal teacher. Enjoy a hot drink, sweet treat, natter and dreamy relaxation.
Tuesday evenings are led by Sharron, our super experienced pregnancy yoga teacher. Enjoy the healing balm of yoga, gently move in to birth positions and learn breathing to use during labour and birth.
Our pregnancy yoga and relaxation classes in Southport take place at our own stunning studio, The Hart Space, a hub for all things pregnancy and baby related!
These classes work on a class pass system in Southport which means you pick your own dates and can mix and match between the two classes. (I used to work shifts so I understand the struggle).
These sessions have been specially designed for you. Classes are different each week, making it the perfect weekly escape for you to enjoy throughout the whole of your pregnancy.
These classes are a perfect accompaniment to our Hypnobirthing PLUS and Antenatal classes or can be done on their own.
