Our pregnancy classes in Southport, focus on YOU as well as your baby.  I'm talking bitesize birth prep, time for a good natter as well as pregnancy yoga and relaxation.

If your looking for a weekly antenatal or pregnancy classes in Southport, these are the perfect way to bond and connect with baby, learn new techniques and ways to move for comfort and make new friends!  

Classes in Southport are currently taking place at DW Fitness on Ocean Plaza, Southport. 

Our Tuesday evening classes mix it up with a combination of pregnancy yoga, movement for comfort, relaxation and breathing.

All our weekly pregnancy classes include drinks, sweet treats, a good natter and an optional What's App group to join. 

These sessions have been specially designed for you.  Classes are different each week, making it the perfect weekly escape for you to enjoy throughout the whole of your pregnancy.

These classes are a perfect accompaniment to our Hypnobirthing PLUS and Antenatal classes or can be done on their own.
