It is so important when we are rocking a bump that we make time for ourselves to relax and bond with baby. The more we practice the easier it becomes, so even if you struggle at first I would strongly recommend not giving up and keep going. We want it to almost be second nature when it comes to the day you meet your baby.
Find a comfy place to relax, turn off your phone, get a blanket, some cushions and light a candle or get a diffuser on the go!
It would be amazing if you could practice the guided relaxations at least a couple of times per week with a more frequent practice the closer to your ‘guess’ date.
