PREGNANCY YOGA SESSIONS

Suitable from 15 weeks gestation enjoy the healing balm of yoga. Connect with your baby and learn movement to help you to feel more comfortable.

No previous yoga experience is required. Sessions are gentle and with our very experienced pregnancy yoga instructor.   

 

Pregnancy yoga classes with Sharron  take place on a Tuesday evening at 7:15pm.   You can join the class LIVE in the comfort of your own home using ZOOM or join us in person at The Hart Space (VERY VERY limited spaces and booking is essential)
