We know how hard it is balancing pregnancy, work and mum life and we know that flexibility is key. That’s why these classes offer you the best of both worlds.
Pick between our Monday evening class with Jenie focusing on relaxation and mindset or our Tuesday evening gentle yoga and breathing class with Sharron. You can mix and match between the two OR stick with the same type of class.. The choice is yours!
RELAXATION & MINDSET
Join Jenie, Hypnobirthing coach and doula every week to ‘get your head in the game’. We are talking nuggets of empowering birth prep focusing on a different topic each week, a right good natter finishing with dreamy relaxation. Suitable from 15 weeks gestation.
Our relaxation & mindset classes are on a Monday at 7:15pm – 8:30pm
IN PERSON AT THE HART SPACE
Gentle Yoga & breathing
Connect with your baby and enjoy the healing balm of yoga with Sharron our super soothing yoga instructor. Sharron will take you through gentle movement, yoga and breathing techniques.
No previous yoga experience is required. Sessions are gentle and with our very experienced pregnancy yoga instructor.
Our gentle yoga and breathing classes are on a Tuesday at 7:15pm -8:30pm

how it works
All the classes are the same price so you can either pick and mix between the two OR stick with all the same. You pick your own dates so the classes work around you. No need to do consecutive weeks BUT you do need to schedule all your classes when you buy a class pass. Spaces are VERY limited.
When booking just remember is relaxation & mindset on a Monday in person and gentle yoga and breathing on a Tuesday on zoom!
