The Empowered Bumps Pregnancy Bundle will be a combination of bite sized yoga videos with Sharron, guided relaxation MP3’s, guided breathing practices with Sharron and Jenie, mindset exercises and playlists to keep you going throughout the weeks ahead.
Videos and MP3’s range from 2 minutes to 25 minutes long as we know that many of you will have children off school and will struggle to allocate large periods of time in one go. The idea of this is that you can dip in and out as you wish when you need it most.

I have been working hard behind the scenes and have created the most amazing and relaxing pregnancy classes just for you in our STUNNING studio dedicated to all things pregnancy, baby, motherhood and support.
Pick from either pregnancy yoga, relaxation or a combination of the two with our Pregnancy Wellness Class Pass.
Pregnancy Yoga – Sharon’s Pregnancy yoga classes are gentle and tailored to offer all women from 15 weeks onwards time and space to cultivate self care, to connect with their bodies and their babies and to experience the healing balm of yoga.
Pregnancy Relaxation – Each week you are invited to relax, unwind and bond with your baby. Every week has a different focus. We talk about different tpoics and some weeks have activities including make your own affirmations, breathing techniques, breastfeeding information, power of the mind, positive birth stories told by mummies who join us in class, hypnobirthing nuggets of wisdom. After our chat/ activity I will take you through a guided relaxation to help you reduce anxiety and feel more confident before you drift home!
These classes are PERFECT if you have done a hypnobirthing course (whoever you did it with) as they support all women, however you are choosing or end up birthing.
Occasionally we have special guests join us for relaxation so you can try and learn about something new. These include:

So what exactly happens at pregnancy relaxation?
Well, when you arrive at the stunning Hart Space you will invited into a room lit with candles with soft music playing in the background.
Yoga mats, blankets, cushions and lavender eye pillows are all provided for you to make yourself super comfy and we will settle down for an evening of pure you time.
Each week learn about something new with Jenie or our special guest changes so you get to experience different ways to relax and feel more positive before our dreamy guided relaxation. You then float home feeling awesome knowing you ‘got this’ and will sleep well that night too

PLEASE NOTE THIS LOCATION IS UPSTAIRS (1ST FLOOR) AND THERE IS NO LIFT.
PARKING: There is some parking on site and free road parking on Hart Street.
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING: Comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided for you to use in session.

- You buy an 8 week class pass and you want to do 4 x yoga and 4 x relaxation
- Schedule your yoga classes – Use the calendar, scroll through and select the TUESDAY dates you want to come to.
- Schedule your relaxation classes – Use the calander, scroll through and select the MONDAY dates you want to come to.
- BOOM you are all booked in! Your Tuesday classes are the yoga ones and your Thursday classes are your relaxation ones!
