You guys have been asking for this for SOOOO LONG!!
So here it is. The PERFECT mix of gentle yoga specially for new mummies and guided relaxation to help you de stress, unwind and drift off.
Our weekly classes are led by Sharron (the same Sharron who does our pregnancy yoga classes) and take place on zoom at 8:45pm on a Tuesday evening (hopefully when the little ones are in bed).
