WEEKLY PREGNANCY CLASSES

Join us for a pregnancy class like no other! 

We are mixing things up!  Join Jenie, Hypnobirthing coach and doula an Sharron our Hypnobirthing instructor to ‘get your head in the game’. 

Our 4 week course combines relaxation, breathing, mindset tools with comfort techniques and community.  Together these powerful sessions enable you to connect with baby and reduce anxiety.   There is nothing more we love than empowering those expecting a baby! 

We know that at the moment things are a little uncertain and making friends and building up connections with other people expecting is a BIG thing!!  Every course will have it’s own what’s app group set up so you can keep in contact throughout the week and support each other throughout this crazy journey. 

These sessions have been specially designed for you. Sessions are led by both Jenie and Sharron each bringing their own strengths to make sure you are prepared and get the best.

Every week is different so if you wanted to book more than one course, you will not repeat the same class twice! 

course includes

Weekly session of 75 minutes 

Bottle of water and sweet treat EVERY session (in person classes)

Positive birth affirmation making (materials posted to you when on zoom)

Relaxation MP3 to use at home and during labour (if you book onto more than one course you will get different relaxation MP3’s!)

Mindful Pregnancy 4 week course Tuesday’s 7:15pm – 8:30pm
