Want to prepare for birth but not sure where to start?  Fancy feeling more relaxed, connected and empowered throughout pregnancy AND learn some breathing and mindset techniques for the big day?

Then THIS is for you! 

Join Jenie our Hypnobirthing Coach and Doula for 5 weeks of in person classes and support. 

Every week will cover different topics to help shift your mindset from bricking it/  worried/ fear of the unknown to feeling more in control and confident.  Learn different breathing techniques to use on the big day AND enjoy a guided relaxation every week! 

Each course will have it’s own What’s App group so you can keep in touch with the other mummies to be too! 

These classes take place at The Hart Space in Southport.  There is a COVID secure policy in place.  Yoga mats will be provided for you and will be sanitised before and after each use..  Mats will comply with social distancing at 2m. 


£65 per mummy to be per 5 week block of classes (consecutive weeks) 

Spaces are VERY limited.  Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Just a note: 

We are aiming to offer these classes in person as advertised however you are booking onto a class knowing we are in the middle of a global pandemic and things are changing all the time.  Should we not be able to offer these classes safely or the guidelines change we will move online using the platform ZOOM (which we have been using since March).  Refunds and/or transfers are not possible.  I am a small business with a young family to support.   Please carefully read the terms and conditions when booking.
